APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES

RECOMMENDATION
That appointments to outside bodies be confirmed by District Council Members
of the Association.

1. District Councils combine to make their appointments to the outside bodies shown in the Annex at the Association’s Annual Meeting.
2. The Annex lists outside bodies and current representatives. At the time of writing, two changes are needed:-
* a replacement for Councillor Mrs E Burley on the Federation of Victim Support Schemes
* a replacement for Councillor H Eastwood on the Hampshire Playing Fields Association.
Councillor Peter Hutcheson (Hart) puts himself forward to replace Councillor Eastwood on the Hampshire Playing Fields Association. Nominations to the Federation of Victim Support Schemes will be announced at the meeting.
