To note that the next meeting of the Association will be held at 10.00 am on 31 January 2003 at the Civic Offices, Gosport, to be attended by Sam Younger, Chair of the Electoral Commission, who has asked to meet Leaders of Hampshire and Isle of Wight authorities.
