(a) that the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Friday 2 June 2006 at 10.30 am at Test Valley Borough Council’s offices, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover; and

(b) separate rooms will be available for political group meetings to be held at the same venue from 9.30 am
