9. Date of Annual Meeting

To note:

(a) that the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Friday 8 June at 10.30 am at the Civic Centre, Southampton; and

(b) separate rooms will be available for political group meetings to be held at the same venue from 9.30 am.
